With a BScHons and a Masters in Business Administration from acclaimed international business school Insead to her name, Annette is a key member of the business banking executive committee. The committee shares responsibility for the end-to-end management of a business with headline earnings of R1-billion, including identifying new business initiatives, making strategic decisions across all business functions, and refining the business’ future direction.
Having been part of the business banking team from the beginning, Annette has played a key role in evolving its business model, while continually working to incorporate the client perspective into the business’s strategy.
With consulting experience across a broad range of disciplines, including the disciplines of change management, communication, strategy, lean operations and sales effectiveness, Annette oversees various initiatives to drive the efficacy of people in the business and identify barriers.
