Millicent joined Nedbank in 2009. She was formerly human resources executive at Imperial Bank.Millicent holds a BA Honours from the University of Durban Westville, as well as an advanced certificate in HR from Unisa, a SAP HR certificate, has completed a management development programme at the University of Pretoria and an executive development at Gibs as well as a business executive programme at international business school Insead.
Previously, Millicent worked for the department of agriculture, Telkom and Imperial Bank, spending part of her career working as a line manager, heading up bank operations, and as an executive for an IT business development and consulting organisation. Millicent was a member on the people stream team that championed the Imperial Bank integration into Nedbank and started Nedbank Retail’s human resources conference to bring about collaboration within the bank.
