Rose Keanly is managing director of Old Mutual Service, Technology and Administration (OMSTA), where she has led the transformation of Old Mutual South Africa’s service and operational processes. This capability is now being leveraged across the African and Latin American parts of Old Mutual’s emerging markets business.
Keanly also heads up Lean Operations for Old Mutual’s European-based Long Term Savings business. As such she serves on both the Old Mutual Long Term Savings and Old Mutual Emerging Markets’ Executive Committees.Keanly holds a BSc and BCom (Honours) from the University of Cape Town. She started her career at Old Mutual in Information Technology and has spent four years with Old Mutual International (OMI) in the United Kingdom, gained experience in the South African Retail Mass business and led the launch of the South African Masthead distribution business in 2004.
