Her 13 years at Nedbank span several operational areas including retail, credit, product, risk and compliance.In her current role, as the Executive Head of Human Resources, Shamelle is responsible for driving the human resources strategy for Nedbank Corporate, and the operational business plan in the context of the overall growth thrust of the business.
